Shipping Regions

We currently ship to customers within the United States.

Order Processing Time

After an order is placed, our team will review and confirm the order.

Processing time typically takes 1 to 2 business days.

During this time, we verify order details, confirm shipping information, and prepare the order for production or warehouse dispatch.


Production Time (Made to Order Furniture)

Many Furnivoa furniture pieces are made to order.

Production typically requires 20 to 25 business days depending on the product type, material, and customization.

Once production is completed, the item will be prepared for shipment.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Overseas Production Shipping

For furniture produced by our international manufacturing partners:

Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days
Production Time: 20 to 25 business days
Estimated Transit Time: 20 to 35 business days after production

Shipping Method: International freight and domestic carrier delivery.

Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping within the United States.


U.S. Warehouse Shipping

For items available in our U.S. warehouse facilities:

Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days

Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 14 business days

Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping

Warehouse inventory is shipped directly from our U.S. East Coast or West Coast distribution facilities.


Delivery Service

Most large furniture items are delivered by freight carriers and include:

• Delivery appointment scheduling
• Liftgate service for large items
• Curbside delivery

White Glove delivery service may be available upon request for an additional fee.


Delivery Conditions

For oversized furniture shipments:

• Items with a single side exceeding 2.2 meters may require customer arranged unloading assistance.
• Items within 2.1 meters typically include curbside unloading service.

For apartments, gated communities, or commercial locations, please ensure delivery access can be arranged with the carrier.

Additional carrier fees may apply if delivery conditions cannot be met.


Damaged Deliveries

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
