At Furnivoa, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. Please review the following information before placing your order.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Before production or dispatch begins, our team will email you to confirm your delivery details and schedule. We strongly recommend monitoring your inbox to ensure timely coordination.

INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING (MANUFACTURED OVERSEAS)
Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days
Production Time: 20 to 25 business days
Estimated Delivery: 20 to 35 business days after production
Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, port congestion, carrier delays, customer requested modifications, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide updates throughout the process.
All large furniture items are professionally packaged and may include reinforced crating or protective framing to ensure safe transit.
SIZE AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS
- Items with any single side exceeding 2.2 meters require customer arranged unloading.
- Items with sides up to 2.1 meters include curbside unloading service.
- For apartment buildings, gated communities, or commercial locations, please coordinate access requirements in advance.
Failure to prepare adequate unloading arrangements may result in additional carrier fees.
U.S. WAREHOUSE SHIPPING (EAST AND WEST COAST FACILITIES)

Warehouse inventory ships directly from our U.S. distribution facilities for faster fulfillment.
DELIVERY, REFUSAL, AND ADDITIONAL CARRIER FEES
DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If your item arrives significantly damaged and unusable, please contact info@furnivoa.com or call (817) 467 4680 before refusing delivery so we can coordinate with the carrier.
Standard freight shipments include liftgate service and delivery appointment scheduling. White Glove Service is available upon request and must be arranged in advance.
WHEN ADDITIONAL CARRIER CHARGES MAY APPLY
Re Delivery Fees: If delivery is missed or refused without prior coordination, re delivery charges may be billed to the customer.
Storage Fees: If the carrier cannot reach you or delivery cannot be scheduled, storage charges may apply.
Chargeback During Transit: If a chargeback or cancellation occurs while goods are in transit, the customer remains responsible for storage or return shipping fees incurred by the carrier. Furnivoa reserves the right to submit supporting documentation in response to any payment dispute.
White Glove Requests: White Glove Service must be scheduled at least one week prior to delivery. On site or last minute upgrade requests may not be accommodated and may incur additional fees.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery times may be extended due to the following circumstances:
- Custom modifications requested after production begins
- Delayed confirmation of drawings, specifications, or finish selections
- Revisions to size, structure, or material
- Force majeure events including severe weather, natural disasters, public holidays, port delays, labor disruptions, or governmental restrictions
If delays occur for the reasons above, Furnivoa will remain in communication and assist in rescheduling delivery. Compensation or order refusal based solely on these delays cannot be accepted.
