Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Furnivoa. We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from our store. Please review the following information regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.


Return Eligibility

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return request, please contact our customer support team at info@furnivoa.com and include your order number and reason for the return.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included
Proof of purchase such as the order number or receipt is required
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery

Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address by email. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Custom made or made to order furniture


Custom & Made to Order Furniture

Some furniture pieces are produced specifically according to your selected size, material, finish, or configuration.

Because these items are made specifically for your order:

• They are not eligible for standard returns once production has begun
• If cancellation is requested before shipment, a partial refund may be issued depending on production progress and materials already used


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Cancellations requested after 48 hours may be subject to processing or production related costs.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a confirmed product defect), we will provide a full refund or replacement and cover the return shipping cost.

For returns based on personal preference (such as change of mind, size, style, or finish):

• Original shipping fees are non refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


Refund Processing Time

After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval status within 3 to 5 business days.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@furnivoa.com and include clear photos or videos of the issue.

Our support team will review the case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
