Thank you for shopping with furnivoa. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the information below so you know what to expect regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at support@furnivoa.com.

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Custom made or made to order furniture

Custom & Made to Order Furniture

Some furniture is produced specifically based on your selected size, material, finish, or design. Because these items are made especially for you:

  • They are not eligible for standard returns once production has begun
  • If a cancellation is requested before shipment, a partial refund may be available depending on the production stage and materials already used

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • Cancellations after 48 hours may be subject to processing or production related costs
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped

Shipping & Return Costs

  • If we made an error (wrong item, defect, or confirmed quality issue), we will provide a full refund
  • For returns based on personal preference (change of mind, size, style, or finish):
    • Original shipping fees are non refundable
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@furnivoa.com within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos.
